Assembly Supervisor - Maple Grove, MN

Production Supervisor Our customer is a leader in the design and manufacture of automated test equipment. They are looking to hire an assembly supervisor to lead a team of 10+ direct reports. This is a first shift position, direct hire position in the northwest Twin Cities area. Responsibilities: Plans production consistent with master schedule to produce quality products at the most favorable material and labor costs in accordance with customer specifications/engineering documentation and committed ship dates. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Assures quality standards are complied with at all times. Regularly reviews and analyzes production records, quality control reports, etc. to evaluate results being achieved in relation to planned goals and makes appropriate adjustments. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality, and suggests changes to increase efficiency. Evaluates production activities taking prompt corrective action to maximize productivity. Sr. Technician - Plymouth, MN

Our customer is a leader in the HVAC industry, and currently seeking an experienced Lab Test Technician for a position in their R&D facility in their Plymouth, MN location. In this role you will work with the industry leader in commercial HVAC systems. You'll be working hands on with new product development and R&D engineers and technicians in a team focused lab setting. This is a direct hire position with the world wide leader in Plymouth, MN. This is a second shift position, (3pm - midnight) Responsibilities: • Set up and tests large water/air cooled chillers and other mechanical devices • Implements major/minor test unit modifications • Works safely on large complex mechanical systems with little or no supervision. • Helps determines the proper course of action during mechanical test programs. • Provides input for possible (sometimes unconventional) solutions to difficult mechanical/ electrical problems that will keep projects on schedule. • Insures complex mechanical/electrical equipment is in proper operating order at all times. Job Title: Mechanical Designer/Drafter, CAD Responsibilities: Our client has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Designer/Drafter Computer-aided Design (CAD) Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams to design, develop and manage electromechanical CAD designs and documentation. Mechanical Designer/Drafter CAD Technicians will be responsible to create and modify detailed drawings using CAD hardware and software from sketches, layouts or notes providing by engineering. They will contribute design modifications to facilitate manufacturing operation or quality of product. Mechanical Designer/Drafter CAD Technicians will check drawing plots versus the project input for correctness and conformance to standards. Mechanical Designer/Drafter CAD Technicians will also work with engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and ECN/ECR documentation. They may also be involved in system management including file maintenance, backup and storage. Qualifications: This Mechanical Design/Drafter CAD Technician position requires an Associates Degree in CAD Design/Drafting or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
