Quality Technician

As a Quality Technician, you will perform testing and inspections on our refrigeration systems to maintain acceptable quality standards.  A Quality Technician will utilize an assortment of documents to inspect and complete our custom manufactured commercial refrigeration products in a production environment. We are looking for individuals with high level of detail to conduct final product organization and inspection prior to product shipment.  This is a hands-on position where candidates will receive training, guidance, and direction from qualified personnel to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Complete product wrap-up and final inspection procedures.
Conduct final inspection processes to ensure production of products are consistent with established standards.
Assist with final inspections to ensure the systems are built, tested, and labeled correctly per customer specifications.
Detail and visually prepare the product for shipment.
Interact professionally with all departments, vendors and customers.
Maintain a positive work environment by consistently achieving goals and reinforcing the team approach.

What Are We Looking For?

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of you in this position:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months to one-year related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Refrigeration and/or Quality experience helpful.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment.
Experience with hand tools, reading documentation (blueprints, written instructions/procedures), and measuring tools is required.
Additional attributes needed are detail and quality oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.
Employee must regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, lift, climb or balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 45 lb.
