Summary
To lead, supervise, and coordinate work activities within assigned Production Areas (Integrated Electric, Non-Integrated Electric, Pneumatic and/or Power Transmission) in a manner which is consistent with Company policies and procedures.

Description
High school education or equivalent. Prefer at least 2 years of technical training as a mechanical or electrical technician or related field.
At least 2 years of related supervisory experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of computerized MRP systems and PC applications (Word & Excel).
Demonstrated ability to manage time and handle a variety of daily tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and sound decision making qualities.
Ability to effectively coach and develop team members to perform at expected levels.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of company personnel and others at all levels.
Displays a positive “can do” attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
