PROJECT EXPERIENCE

• Automation Engineer for several Life Safety Systems (LSS) projects / applications for a major semiconductor company.
 Involved in developing, maintaining, modifying, and improving several SCADA systems and PLC programs involved with Life Safety Systems.
 Designed, documented, and implemented dedicated Siemens Fiber Network Ring across entire site.
 Worked with site’s IT department to install software, configure, and deploy entire SCADA system including PLC’s, servers, and clients for a new Life Safety System for a new fab.
 Helped standardize several Microsoft Access databases and convert to SharePoint.

• Process Controls Engineer / Manager for several Mining SCADA/PLC Control Systems
 Involved in maintaining, modifying, and improving several SCADA systems and PLC programs.

 Developed, programmed, and tested an RSView SE application including Historical Data Collection and Reporting using RSBizware Historian and RSSQL.
 Involved with the designing, programming, and testing of the ControlLogix and SLC applications.

• Project Engineer for a Pharmaceutical SCADA Control System Conversion for a Fermentation Area
 Converted and tested an RSView SE application to Intellution iFIX 4.0.
 The conversion included 16 Fermentors, the Critical Utilities system, and the Waste system.
 Maintained the exact functionality and appearance of the original system running both systems side by side.

• Project Engineer for a Pharmaceutical SCADA Control System for a Research and Development facility
 Developed, programmed, tested, and troubleshot Control Logix, SLC, and SCADA (RSView 32 and SE) applications.
 Involved in the start up, commissioning, and validation of the system.
