EXPERIENCE

Valero/Benicia CA (Mistras) – 2/2015- Inspected various pressure vessels,
towers, and exchangers throughout the Hydro Cracker Unit shutdown, with a main
focus on overseeing the replacement of RTJ flanges with Raised Faced Flanges
located at the reactors’ quench nozzles. This involved performing QA/QC of all field
welds, reviewing and accepting the various NDE procedures and results, and
inspecting the job for accuracy and completion.

Valero/Wilmington CA (Mistras) – 1/2015- Inspected various pressure
vessels, towers, and exchangers throughout the Hydro Processing Unit shutdown,
with a main focus on overseeing the replacement of 3 finned convection tubes in the
Naphtha Hydrotreater Charge Heater. This involved performing QA/QC of all field
welds, reviewing and accepting the various NDE procedures and results, inspecting
the job for accuracy and completion, and witnessing the hydro test for closure.

Chevron/ Richmond CA (Mistras) – 11/2014 – Inspected various pressure
vessels, towers, and exchangers throughout the Penex and Naptha units during a
scheduled shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all general maintenance repairs as well
as code repairs throughout the shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all closures and
pressure tests prior to turning the vessels over to the client for startup.

Tesoro/ Martinez CA (Mistras) – 10/2014 – Inspected various pressure
vessels, towers, and exchangers throughout the Sulfuric Recovery Unit and
Alkylation Recovery Unit, with a main focus on overseeing the total replacement of a
16’ cladded course section to the H2S stripper tower. This involved performing
QA/QC of all shell and cladding welds, as well as replacement of all stainless steel
trays and components.

Braskem/ Kenova WV (Mistras) – 9/2014 – Inspected various pressure
vessels, towers, and exchangers throughout the polypropylene plant as well as all of
the vessels due for inspection in the boiler house during the scheduled shutdown.
Performed QA/QC on all general maintenance repairs as well as code repairs
throughout the shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all closures and pressure tests
prior to turning the vessels over to the client for startup.

Flint Hills Resources/ Rosemount MN (Mistras) – 8/2014 – Inspected
various pressure vessels, towers, and exchangers throughout the Hydrogen and
Hydro-treater plant during a scheduled shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all general
maintenance repairs as well as code repairs throughout the shutdown. Performed
QA/QC on all closures and pressure tests prior to turning the vessels over to the
client for startup.

Chevron/ El Segundo CA (Qualspec) – 5/2014 – Inspected various
pressure vessels, towers, and exchangers throughout the #2 crude and 6H2S units
during a scheduled shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all general maintenance
repairs as well as code repairs throughout the shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all
closures and pressure tests prior to turning the vessels over to the client for startup.

Shell/ Anacortes WA (Mistras) – 3/2014 – Inspected various pressure
vessels, towers, and exchangers throughout the Sulfuric Alkylation unit during a
scheduled shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all general maintenance repairs as well
as code repairs throughout the shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all closures and
pressure tests prior to turning the vessels over to the client for startup.

Chevron/ Richmond CA (Mistras) – 1/2014 – Inspected various pressure
vessels in the South ISOMAX unit, with a main focus on overseeing the overhaul of
the heater, this involved 100% heater tube replacement as well as the replacement
of 100% of the pigtails attaching to the headers.

Conoco Phillips/ Bayway NJ (Stronghold Inspection) – 10/2013 –
Inspected various pressure vessels in the Sulfuric Alkylation unit during a scheduled
shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all general maintenance repairs as well as code
repairs throughout the shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all closures and pressure
tests prior to turning the vessels over to the client for startup.

Geismar Olefins Plant/ Geismar LA (SGS) – 8/2013 – *Fire Assessment*
Performed fire assessment on all vessels, piping, supports, and structures in the
surrounding impact area after the explosion of the propylene fractionation unit.
This included recommendations for decommissioning all vessels, components, and
piping beyond reasonable repair. Also, there was a main focus of inspecting for LME
“Liquid Metal Embrittlement” as well as other heat damage mechanisms on all
vessels and piping involved within the surrounding impact area.

Pryor Chemical/ Pryor OK (SGS) – 6/2013 – Inspected various pressure
vessels, towers, and exchangers throughout the Ammonia Plant #4 during a
scheduled shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all general maintenance repairs as well
as code repairs throughout the shutdown. Performed QA/QC on all closures and
pressure tests prior to turning the vessels over to the client for startup.

Valero/ McKee TX (Stronghold Inspection) – 4/2013 – QA/QC piping
packages. Most work focused on orifice flange, and various valve replacements, as
well as in kind welded flange replacements.

Pryor Chemical/ Pryor OK (SGS) – 4/2013 – Performed external piping
inspections. This included CUI inspection of susceptible piping circuits, walk downs
for redlining isometric drawings and P and IDs, as well as performing PMIs
throughout all the piping in the Ammonia Plant #4 during on-stream inspection.

Shell/ Carrizo Springs TX (SGS) – 3/2013 – On-stream external inspection
of vessels and piping at various upstream well sites, and compressor pumping
stations. Inspections included CUI surveillance as well as walking down and
redlining P and IDs and isometric drawings.

Shell/ Mansfield PA (SGS) – 2/2013 – Vendor Surveillance of all Pressure
vessels and all associated PSVs at various well site locations throughout the
Mansfield PA area.

Valero/ LCR/ Houston TX (SGS) – 12/2012 – On-stream external
inspection of vessels and piping at the Valero/LCR compressor pumping station.
Inspections included CUI surveillance as well as walking down and redlining P and
IDs and isometric drawings.

Phillips 66/ Borger TX (Stronghold Inspection) – 10/2012 – Turnaround
Inspection Of pressure vessels, and piping.

BP/ Whiting IN (TEAM) – 9/2012 – Turnaround Inspection Of pressure
