Operated equipment associated with the fueling and defueling of aircraft at a Forward Area Refueling Point. Qualified in obtaining samples of Aviation fuel and testing it for water and sediment contaminants. Responsible for receiving, storing and issuing the fuel product in accordance with Army regulations or Air Force Instructions (AFI). Monitored and maintained over one million gallons of fuel. Conducted various inspections of the fuel storage facilities ensuring safety was the highest priority. Completed QA/QC testing on all products to include; Aqua Glo, Visual Sampling, SDA and FSII. Supervise fuel operators ensuring testing procedures, safety policies and procedures were strictly followed. Verified all records, forms, and logs are completed during refueling/defueling operations and submitted to accounting office (TFMD) at the end of the shift.
