Created 19 standard test methods and 4 standard operation procedures in total for reliability, mechanical, environmental, and metrology labs of copper coaxial and fiber
optic cables, connectors, and patches. These documents were integrated to company’s
internal network system as references to ensure the overall QA/QC.
• Tested a variety of cabling connector/patch products and prototypes in reliability (Contact
Resistance, Hipot, PoE), mechanical (Insertion, Contact Forces), environmental (Dry Heat,
Rapid Change of Temperature, Temperature/Humidity Cyclic, Harsh Environment), and metrology labs with LabVIEW, Excel, Instron and Chatillon testing machines, programmable
thermal chambers etc.
• Designed and validated new product test methods (Contact Forces, PoE, Harsh Environment
etc.) for reliability labs.
