Job Move Explanation

Ellis Computerized Machining – Left to complete my B.S in engineering at TTU.

ATC – Worked there as an intern, position came open for machinist took it until engineering position came available at Tennessee Rand.

Tennessee Rand – Left because no job satisfaction, and no long term growth potential.

Taylor Machine Company – Took the position on agreement that we would negotiate my salary up after 90 days to allow me to move. Could not come to terms on salary increase after 90 days

THK Rhythm North America – Left because of excessive overtime 100-120 hours a week.

Nissan North America –Before my start date a policy change was issued that stated that 125mile radius before relocation was offered from the original 75m radius.
My managers have tried to get them to honor the offer but they will not so I drive 88 miles one way to work. 1h 45min.

Mueller Company- In the past 3 months they have terminated 3 managers, and reduced hourly staff, due to lack of work and financial difficulties within the organization. Capital spending has been frozen and future is very unstable.
