Present Designed conveyors, filters, hoppers, and various other equipment for the food
processing industry. Worked with AutoDesk Inventor to create parts,
weldments, assemblies and drawings. Used Bysoft7 to program parts for the
laser. Performed many tasks in SAP to communicate how products are to be
processed. Interacted with shop personnel to ensure products were manufactured
to print. Created standard operating procedures for how work is processed.

April 2010 to PROGRESSIVE SYSTEMS, INC. Anoka, MN
October 2014 Design Engineer
Designed systems to accommodate high-speed production of home-building
products. The systems involved sizing motors, gearboxes, ball-screws, and air-
cylinders. Machines included clamping devices, saw blades, linear motion, and
particle collection. Systems were created using AutoCAD and Autodesk
Inventor. Detailed drawings. Worked with sales to help market products.

Nov. 2009 to PROFESSIONAL INSTRUMENTS Hopkins, MN
April 2010 General Machinist
Performed 2nd operation machining to air bearings. Ground parts in accordance
with tolerances in the fifty-millionths range. Operated various CNC and manual
grinders. ODs, IDs, and flat surfaces were all precision-ground. Used quality
assurance tools. Squareness, parallelism, roundness, thickness, and diameters
were features checked.

May 2007 to TESCOM Elk River, MN
January 2009 Manufacturing Engineer
Designed fixtures for assembly area where high pressure regulators were put
together. Used AutoCAD and Inventor to complete designs. Worked with
manufacturers to get proper material for low-particulate areas in assembly.
Performed ECOs. Implemented 5S project. Reduced regulator assembly time.
