Below, is my resume with over 25 years in the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Cryogenic Industry. This includes assisting the plant manager with the development and submittal of the (LNG Peck Shaving) plant operational budgets, procedures, compliance and training. As well as start-up and commissioning operations along with other various maintenance planning and scheduling (including training) of the computerized data generation tasks, during my 15 years with MEI/Stebbing and Associates. My commissioning and Start-Up experience has been over the past five years Aker Solutions/Kvaerner Americas/Cappo International and Whessoe Oil and Gas in India. Actually over the last ten to twelve years while re-commissioning the Elba Island LNG Import Terminal facility in 2002.

Reactivation of SLNG Import Terminal, Elba Island. Active in the cool down of the LNG tanks and unloading system. Assisted in training of new plant personnel in the operation of plant field equipment and the operation of the DCS System. Extensive experience in the off-loading of LNG ships. Serving as the Control Room PIC during the ship off-loading process, as well as shore side PIC on-board the ship. Monitoring the security and surveillance of the facility. As one of the facility PIC’s(Person In Charge) of the LNG transfer operation during the ship off-loading process. It was my responsibility to account for the liquid volume transferred(delivered) as well as the various other loading operation(s) of supplies. This also, included the start-up, maintenance and shutdown of the Gas Chromatograph sampling during the off-loading operations. In order to have an accurate ‘accountable’ BTU(British Thermal Unit) count of the Liquefied Natural Gas cargo transferred during the off-loading process.

Shift operator responsible for all aspects of process control and plant operations of Gas Plant consisting of 348,000 barrels (1.2 BCF) above ground LNG Storage Tank, GE Frame III Turbine driving a 10 MMSCFD Mixed Refrigerant Cycle with Molecular Sieve Pretreatment, two 60 MMSCFD Shell and Tube Vaporizers. Duties included the operation and maintenance of the LNG Plant to obtain the optimum performance of the vaporization and liquefaction systems. “A” and “B” Operator in the Cryogenic field of Air Separation. Plant consisted of two Air Separation Columns for the manufacturing of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon; that was supplied air with an Ingersoll-Rand air compressor and an expander compressor. Also, reclaimed Hydrogen for filling cylinders once compressed to the 20-2200psi range from a cylinder manifold.
