Objectives:
My objective is to be a reliable and skilled employee to a good company to our mutual
benefit and to continue to improve my skills and knowledge in my chosen field of
Industrial Machine Mechanic.
After Holaday circuits I took several temporary jobs in the hope that each one would
become permanent. They haven’t so far.
Employment History:
Doherty at Mission foods New Brighton MN June 2014-March 2015
Working for Doherty employment agency; I worked for Mission foods as a Maintenance
tech fixing and adjusting food processing equipment, doing preventative
maintenance and special projects as required. I was let go when Mission foods
chose to stop using temps.

MPS at Northwire Inc. Osceola WI Oct 2012-Aug 2013
I worked as a Maintenance tech fixing and adjusting industrial equipment, doing
Preventative maintenance and special projects as required.

Holaday Circuits Minnetonka MN Sept 2007 – Sept 2012
Industrial Machine Mechanic:
Install, test, troubleshoot and repair machines, provide preventative maintenance and
generate and update maintenance procedures. I have a boiler license (now lapsed) and
was responsible for a small boiler. And I was the only maintenance person on site during
the evening hours to respond to problems that occurred during these hours. I did this job
for five years but a downturn in the business led management to eliminate maintenance
on second shift.
Qualex Inc. Eagan MN June 1988- June 2004
I spent Fifteen years with Qualex .running high-speed C41 film processors, the last three
years in maintenance. My position was eliminated as the plant was closing.

Skills:
Great communication skills, works well alone or as a team player, Reliable, Goal oriented
person with superior mechanical skills to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot to a
successful conclusion. A flexible and mentoring caliber of person dedicated to the success
of my employer.

Hennipin Technical College Technical degree Graduated in 2007
Moorhead State University BA Degree Graduated in 1981
