– Creating, supporting, and developing designs for the Littoral Combat Ship Mission Bay Trainer (LCS MBT) program for LCS-1 & LCS-2 derivatives, using SolidWorks for realistic naval combat training systems, operations, technical and other support services for the U.S. military.
– Maintain and integrate and update the WBS (Work Brake-down Structure) or Drawing three to design systems, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
– Maintain a design Excel spread sheet with parts and assembly numbers, start date, released date to provide a progress report and deliverables.
– Communicate with Manufacturing Engineering and Machine Shop to discussed machine part best practice of fabrication.
– Reverse Engineer tactical LCS internal equipment, such as Stern Ramp, Stern Door, Water tide doors and design subassemblies to support the trainers.
– Supervised and directed four associate drafters and check their progress related to reverse engineering, 3D modeling and Detailing parts and assemblies. BOM creation.

– Worked closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing Engineers in the Modification of Existing Weapons, Controller Boxes, and Electro-optical Assemblies.
– Design Electrical Board Profiles based on locations within the Weapon.

NEV INTERNATIONAL(Full time employee)
– Worked closely with the Project Manager, Project owner, Director of Manufacturing, and manufacturing personnel in the design and development of the type I and type II Emergency Specialty Vehicles for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and Egypt Minister of Health.
– Designed the Type I ambulance Aluminum body structure and interior cabinets to accommodate the ambulance life support equipment.
– Designed the Ambulance 12 and 24 volts (VDC) Power distribution, electrical systems, charging, switching and controlling the emergency and warning perimeter lighting.
– Designed the Ferno Emergency Stretcher folding and unfolding Aluminum ramp to load and unload patients from the ambulance.
– Designed the Ambulance Interior Heat and A/C system.

– Design under the direction of the General Manager, Director of Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineer.
– Design a 46 Foot long Trailer Biological Safety Laboratory and living quarters cabin for the Saudi Arabia Health and Safety Administration. Designed the Trailer to accommodate a 5 Ton HVAC system with filters, heaters, supplied, return and exhaust air to maintain Class 2, Class 3, and Class 4, biological Safety Cabinets, and laboratory equipment.
– Communicate with Sheet metal shop to discussed sheet metal parts and components best practice of fabrication.
– Detail drawings, Installation drawings and BOM’s. And to communicate machined and fabrication parts to local vendors (Machine Shop, and Metal fabricators). Released a complete set of drawings and documentation.
