– Analyzed the various liquid- cooling techniques used for Integrated Circuits. – Assessed the method of
identification of hot spots on surfaces and implemented the principle of Electro wetting on Di-electric
(EWOD) for the movement of the droplets across the hot surfaces.
Design & Development of Planing Machine
