Preventive Maintenance Supervisor: managed two crews and preforming PM services to 500+ pieces of equipment. Fracturing Maintenance Supervisor: Maintained two fleets of fracturing units as well as cement/bulk haulers. Oversee the daily DOT compliance and pre/post trips were completed properly. I managed a multi-million dollar budget, regulated parts and vendor relationships. I assisted in creating proper PO procedures to keep track of budgets. I attended a supervisor course to better myself as a person and supervisor. I learned the Avantis maintenance software. Operations Maintenance Supervisor: Oversee Frac fleet daily operations including 51 Pressure Pumps, 9 Blenders, 3 Hydration units, 6 Data vans, 2 LAS units, 10 Floats, 15 on highway Tractors,2 coil Tubing units, 2 twin pumpers, 1 nitrogen unit, 4 wire-line units, 10 cranes 30-80 ton along with all supporting equipment. Manage, hire, counsel and discharge as required 42 Supervisors, Mechanics and Electricians. Maintain $20+ million budget. Generate monthly fuel, budgetary, productivity reports to corporate staff. Attend weekly corporate staff and weekly operational meetings with other department heads. Well spoken, able to communicate in a professional manor and setting. Personally set up satellite office and maintenance facility on gates ranch for field maintenance.
