Due to a recent lay-off, I am searching for a new career opportunity. I have been a Facilities Maintenance and
Project Manager for 23 years. One of the most important and difficult lessons Ive learned during this time is

obligations to ensure project timelines and finished product compliance. Oversee QA/QC and safety programs. Quantify
estimators bid documents for accuracy and input to database for follow up with the client companies ensuring scope and
pricing accuracy. Coordination of fabrication throughput from shop drawing distribution to finished product. Provide

and crafts including heavy civil, mechanical, electrical, coatings, instrumentation, pipeline, etc., in the ground up building
of water and waste water treatment plants. Successfully managed projects that stayed within scope and budget while
meeting strict deadlines. Championed positive relationships with Owners, Design Engineers, Construction Managers and
