My role and responsibilities include lead assembler in the Cryo Ablation unit. I worked closely with Technicians and Engineers providing improvements in the assembly processes and documentation.

My responsibilities included creating work orders, assembling units, inventory management, re-working any returns, repairing and updating old and damaged units, shipping and packaging, along with attending meetings with headquarters to determine replenishment needs and to convey questions or concerns.

My duties included assembly of power generators. Depending on production schedules, my responsibilities included assembly of 15 different models while meeting quota criteria. Other responsibilities include testing, quality verification, replacement & repair of systems for the final phase of manufacturing.
