Study pulp/paper machine operational process and functional requirements.
Define project scope and specification. Work with contractors throughout bidding process.
Oversee contractor activities, coordinate with other departments and suppliers to ensure project progresses in a timely manner and meets the specification.
DCS, PLC installation, configuration and I/O wiring and testing.
Operational control panel and motor control circuit wiring and testing.
Startup and Commissioning
