Miller Coors Shenandoah – Elkton, VA
Conducted electrical survey in order to produce MCCs and PDPs documentation.
Loads to motors and equipment were traced out. All medium voltage distribution
routes and circuits were walked and documented. This is still an on-going
project.
The Schwan Food Company – Stilwell, OK
Conducted a facility mechanical assessment as part of a multi discipline effort in
order to assist the client in a Capital Grade Estimate for a future expansion at the
facility. An evaluation of existing mechanical utility systems (ie. steam,
compressed air, city water) in terms of current conditions, current capacity vs
future capacity load, to then provide recommendations on upgrades, if applicable.
Engineering calculations were performed as part of the evaluation (ie load,
capacity, volumes).

Constellation Brands – Piedras Negras, MX
Led PM efforts for the installation of 2 new BEMA Stretch Wrappers and the
relocation of an existing BEMA Stretch Wrapper on Lines 3 and 4. Bid process
for the hiring of local labor for the mechanical, electrical and network (fiber
optics) installation works. FAT documentation approval prior to testing at OEM
plant. OEM contracting for palletizer and stretch wrapper works (ie installation,
programming, start/up & commissioning). Coordinated with contractors the
disassembly and, then, installation of stretch wrappers. Coordinated LOTO
procedure and adherence on utilities (ie. electrical, compressed air) during new
electrical feeds installation, new breaker installation, and new compressed air
lines installation. Ensured project was kept within scope, budget and time
constraints. Generated daily reports. Finished project successfully within time,
schedule and budget.

efforts with depalletizer and stretch wrapper manufacturer’s technicians. Made
sure project was kept within scope, budget and time constraints. Generated daily
reports. Finished project successfully within time, schedule and budget.
Constellation Brands – Piedras Negras, MX
Provided mechanical installation support to the Intelligrated full case conveyor
line. Supervised local trades contractors to ensure installation was being
performed as per conveyor design requirements and manufacturer
recommendations. Also, provided support with the line full case inspector
installation and shipping / arrival coordination. Coordinated with the plant’s
PMO office tasks that required their approval. Assisted the plant’s PMO office
with the equipment as-built drawings to be submitted for Mexico’s
Environmental permit, due to its radioactive components.
Assisted mechanical process with piping installation including contractor
coordination for installation.
The project included preliminary engineering, detailed design, procurement and
installation services providing a turnkey approach for the implementation of a
new high speed Beer Packaging Can Line. $50MM project (projected).
Pepsi – Cidra, Puerto Rico
Concept development that lead to proposal/quote for services.
Led efforts to a risk assessment executed on the existing CIP Systems at the Main
CIP Room, Pepsi Flavors Room, Pepsi Room, Tank Farm and Filling Lines at the
Cidras, Puerto Rico site. To help analyze risk, we used a matrix system in which
Numerical and alphabetical scores were given to the consequence and likelihood

of risk and the scores were then used to get a rating of the risk from risk analysis
matrix as described in PEPSICO EHS STANDARD 10 – Risk Management.
Mylan – Caguas, Puerto Rico
Responsibilities included the coordination and review of facility design (DG
Facilities Solutions) and stamping of drawings. Participated in the sub-contractor
qualification, bidding and awarding of the contract to the installation contractor.
Developed proper documentation to generate construction permit for
commencement of project. Responsible for site management, including
coordination of daily project activities, and interface with client and contractors
on a daily basis. Oversaw safety compliance and training of professionals and
contractors throughout the project. Routed submittals for engineering review and
resolution, attended weekly meetings to discuss project progress and schedule
status/issues.
The project included preliminary engineering and detailed design for the
necessary facility modifications to support the installation of new processing
equipment for oral solid dosage products and to provide the necessary utility
services to the equipment. Construction services were also provided, including
sub-contracted labor and site management for the proper implementation at the
site. Processing equipment included a Despatch Oven and a Thomas Engineering
Tablet Coater, a Munters AHU (dryer), a 40-ton Trane Air-Cooled Chiller and a
Donaldson Dust Collector.

Directed key project that consisted of establishing a more efficient waste and
recycling management program for client that resulted in significant cost savings

as per cGMP practices, and ran IQ, OQ, and PQ. Facilitated equipment
integration following Maximo’s PM and/or CM schedule. Recorded and reported
on results. Accountable for validation of all Laboratory Equipment and Devices
in Ortho Biologic’s Manati Plant. Provided documentation on validation results
