Summary
My experience at Exelon as a CMO member has given me the experience to work with others and learn about the nuclear industry. I have been selected as an Emerging Nuclear Leader and attended INPO “Next Level Leadership” in 2014. I was also recognized in 2014 for my role in the refueling outage and presented with a certificate of appreciation from the Plant Manager and Site Vice President. My Fluid Leak Management Program was Recognized by the World Association of Nuclear Operators audit in 2015 as a plant strength during their audit. My role as a Component Maintenance Optimization member required me to attend and complete a years’ worth of Engineering Nuclear Training. This additional training has aided in my management, troubleshooting, and Engineering of various issues. I believe with my past experience as a well-rounded field service technician, and my ability to continue learning from everyone I come into contact with, I would be a valuable asset to any company in a management capacity.
