– Collaborating on a team of four to derive a lunar ice-trap ISRU mining, processing and storage infrastructure for the 2016 NASA RASC-AL competition
– Lead designer of the architecture’s cryogenic propellant storage and management system which incorporates and integrates current and emerging NASA technologies
– Developed a preliminary design of the system detailing high-level design specifications,
concept of operations, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis, and technology readiness levels

– Led a team of four to design the spar truss for the UMN UAV Lab’s Mini-MUTT UAV
– Researched the optimum material and geometry to be used for each truss element in order to achieve the highest structural elasticity and lowest overall weight of the wing
– Developed a MATLAB code to test the final truss design for yielding and fatigue under standard flight conditions
