• Reliability Engineer March 2014 – Present (Graphic Packaging)
Provided FMEA and Root Cause analysis support, developed asset reliability programs utilizing multi-plant divisional reliability teams, led capital projects as needed, developed maintenance and operational training documentation, led downtime reduction project teams based on failure, downtime analysis, and predictive maintenance tools including thermal imaging, vibration and oil analysis. Assisted in managing the maintenance department in absence of Maintenance Manager.

• Reliability Engineer /Project Manager November 2008 – March 2014 (Libbey Glass)
I provided plant support with labor utilization, plant layouts, process improvements, machine installations, equipment acquisitions, cost quotes, developing training documentation, job evaluations, capital projects, machine reliability, planning, and CMMS Administration. . Lead project teams for several corporate initiative projects leading up to 20 team members including maintenance, engineering, and hourly associates.

• Engineering Drafter/Detailer October 2007-November 2008, (Libbey Glass)
I served as Production Engineering support for plant. Assisted in lean manufacturing studies, and maintaining documentation databases.

• Engineering Drafter/Detailer August 2006-October 2007, (Hendrix Manufacturing)
Primary duties included providing engineering support for shop supervisors, and sales department. Maintained updates and revisions on existing drawings. Produced new drawings from predetermined engineering specifications. Kept drawing databases and hard copy red lines up to date.

• Electrical Apprentice 2001 – 2003, (NJATC Electrical Apprenticeship)
Worked in petroleum refineries under supervision of journeymen doing routine maintenance and new construction. Aided Area Superintendent in matters of computer documentation, record keeping, and quoting projects.

Assisted Journeymen in all areas of new construction and maintenance on U.S. Naval vessels.
