PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

With more than 20 years of experience in Pipe fabrication and fitting, 20 years in installation, inspecting and construction of piping, mechanical equipment and structural steel in power plant, refining and petrochemical industry,. Understand and familiar with major National Standard Codes (ASME,ASTM, ASNT, API, AWS etc.)

To be accountable for the successful functioning of the QA/QC Dept. in the company including, but not limited to: all work conforming ASME BPVC Section VIII- Div.1, NBIC, ASME B31.3 and ASME Section IX. Follow assigned job packages to ensure the traceability of all welds and materials associated piping and vessels per ASME B31.3 and ASME BPVC Section VIII- Div.1.
Schedule, monitor and review all stages of inspection activities of the NDE Company as required for each stage of the project. Visually inspect flange makeups to ensure proper alignment, gaskets, and bolts. Witness hydro testing of piping systems and communicate with Shell PEI of project status.

Inspect production welds to ensure that all welding was code compliant and adhered to all engineering requirements.
