Greenbrier Rail Services, Finley WA (Tank car Facility). 10/2011 to 12/2013
Manage the workflow at the facility, including cars in route, inbound inspection, in process and final
inspection. This included box cars, hoppers, center beams, flat cars, articulated units and Finley’s tank
shop. Supervised Blast and paint shop. In addition, Weekly safety training, welding training and
implementation of training crew for general maintenance cars. Ensure all work meet AAR, FRA and

Plant Manager
Greenbrier Rail Services, 10/12/2009 – 09/2011 Part of the responsibilities were to plan, assign and
direct operations at the facility, ensuring work comply with AAR, FRA Standards. Monitor operations
to improve productivity and efficiency. Planning and scheduling work to meet customer needs.
Supervise daily activities with administrative personnel including shop supervision, HR department,
Q/A, Safety and finances. Also report on a weekly basis to GM. Other activities include:*Constant

Quality Testing and inspection, Lindon, UT, 12/2008- 09/2009 Ultrasonic inspection of welds of in
process members as well as moment connection at shop locations and in the field (Up to 2 ½” Thick).
MT inspection of welds and in service components for different rides of Lagoon Park of attractions.
Projects Include: Ventura College, For Ventura County California, Glendale Adventist Medical Center
(Glendale California), Central Bank at Rocksprings Wyoming.
