. As a QA inspector my job duties are to perform audits on contractors during the installation of facility, pipeline, upgrades and prefabrication at contractor fab yards.

. Reviewed documents during completion to assure MTR’s, weld/heat map, paint, hydrostatic testing records, certifications for competency and NDE reports for compliance to applicable code.

. Perform job duties and tasks required with minimal supervision.

. Walk down piping to supplied isometric drawings to ensure compliance with engineering design.

. Submitted daily and weekly reports on discrepancies found.

. Worked in conjunction with Project Leads, Contractor Leads, and Engineers involved in the projects.

. Familiar with facility operations dealing with separators, blow case, production risers, tanks, flow lines, LP & HP piping, PSV, and compressor with multiple wellheads on site.

. Audit the application of Denso Epoxy to manufacturer recommendations on production butt welds and exposed areas utilizing the required voltage for holiday detection and ensuring proper anchor profile is achieved before application.

. Perform VT on 500bl tanks per client specifications including design, weld defects, paint, and pneumatic leak test.

. Accurately navigate through B31.3 severe and 1104 on the completion of the first construction phase.

. Conduct NDE and VT on Pipeline and Process Piping jobs coming in and out of Fabrication Yards for Conoco Philips and Marathon.
