develop, implement, and commissioning of new and existing facilities for all RTU Contract installations. This
included a project that exceeded 7 million dollars encompassing 75 remote WWLS, 5 WWPP and 22 Water
Storage sites. • Reviewed plans regarding engineering specifications
• Relevant experience in electrical codes, standards and criteria.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical industry and regulatory standards
• Responsible for the growth and development of a group of technicians which included providing
encouragement, constructive feedback, performance evaluation, and promotion. Coordinate and schedule
activities for direct reports, while maintaining an average utilization of 70%.

I served on the design team for their in-house R&D of custom built machinery. Budget per machine ranges

• Project Management and Scheduling, coordination including – Duties for multiple Technicians, multiple job
budgeting, Test procedures and Panel Layouts, Client interface and customer service, project definition,
cost estimates, project functional specifications, schedules and change order tracking, providing Technical
clarifications for DCS/SCADA projects for proposal bidding.
• Detailed Front End Engineering and Design (FEED, CAD, AutoCAD and
Microsoft Office) experience for various projects.
• Commissioning for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and
Sustained Performance Tests (SPT) of the automation systems.
• Provided extensive onsite programming and custom training for the above mentioned.
• Planned and supervised shut down jobs, Tie-in jobs, etc..
