I am seeking a position as a Reliability Specialist that will utilize my Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Technology experience, Reliability program development experience, and analytical trouble shooting experience to assist customers in improving and/or implementing a world class reliability program.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10 years industrial experience, 5 of which have been in PdM technology application
• Bachelor of Science Degree Industrial Technology and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Industrial Electricity
• Extensive experience with Thermography, Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA), and Ultrasound
• Knowledgeable with the use of the PdMA, All Test Pro, and the SKF motor testers
• Experience with Vibration Data Collection and Analysis and Oil Analysis
• Experience with Bentley Nevada and CSI Equipment/Machine Condition Systems
• Knowledgeable on machine fundamentals – motors, pumps, blowers, fans, compressors, generators, turbines, mills, gear boxes, conveyor systems, and valves
• Knowledgeable on electrical distribution equipment – transformers, switchgear, load centers, and motor control centers
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals and strong analytical troubleshooting skills
• Able to travel for work

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Prairie State Generating Co. LLC, Marissa IL
Reliability Engineering Analyst March 2012-present
• Experienced using a CMMS system to manage work orders, PMs, routes, and make purchases
• Wrote numerous work packages for electrical contractors to install new equipment to facilitate the completion of motor circuit analysis, infrared, and ultrasound routes
• Developed multiple PMs for Infrared inspection, Ultrasound inspection, and Motor Circuit Analysis of the PSGC electrical distribution system and motors
• Worked with the owner of the Vibration Technology program to cross train and expand my skills
• Trained Electrical Instrumentation/Controls Technicians on the operation of FLIR Infrared cameras, SDT 270 ultrasound detector, and the PdMA MCEMAX motor tester
• Experienced working on and maintaining 480V, 4160V, & 13.8KV AC Induction motors
• Experienced troubleshooting motor faults and recommending operating changes to allow for the continued operation of critical motors until a scheduled maintenance time could be reached
• Experienced using an infrared camera and an ultrasound detectors to identify faults in a 345KV switchyard
• Successfully utilized ultrasound detection equipment to locate leaks on 345KV SF6 breakers
• Developed the PSGC Winterization SOP to coordinate the efforts of PSGC Operations, Maintenance, Material Handling, & Facilities departments before, during, and after the winter months to increase the reliability of the PSGC power plant equipment
• Wrote numerous work scopes for contractors to make repairs and upgrades to the PSGC freeze protection systems
• Worked with system owners to develop and write PMs to ensure the PSGC freeze protection system is properly maintained and tested
• Managed the initial over halls of 16 Warman GSL 1,000 Absorber Recycle Pumps. This included working with vendors to identify upgraded replacement parts, and PM deficiencies. Worked with the Operations department to implement PMs to increase the reliability of the pumps and increase the duration of time between pump rebuilds. Worked with warehouse personnel to ensure parts availability and proper quantities of parts were added to inventory.
Electrical I/C Technician August 2010-March 2012
• Trained new technicians on calibrations
• Wrote Equipment Maintenance Plans
• Verified load list and used troubleshooting to diagnose electrical issues
• Completed system walk downs to verify the systems were built as designed and drawings had been updated
