DOT Pipeline Coordinator / Senior Inspector over all aspects of hazardous liquid and gas
transmission DOT Pipelines. From DOT Pipeline regulatory compliance, construction, testing,
maintenance and repairs. OQ, IMP, PAP, CRM, O&M procedures, annual reports, fees, etc.
Support the Integrity Management group. Involved in all phases plant of new construction.
Audit contractors and manufactures for work approval. Vendor Surveillance. Coordinate and
supervise all piping on-steam work for Sasol Chemicals (USA) LLC Complex. Systemized and
circuities piping. Participated in Risk Based Inspections and Fitness For Service Pass Senior
Inspector over Ethylene Storage Dome facility, Ethylene Unit, Alcohol Units, NPU and NBIC
for Baltimore Maryland plant. Help support the other Sasol Inspectors with Tank Farms, Offsite
Piping, 5 Units, R&D facility. Responsibilities include overall administration of DOT pipelines
and storage caverns regulatory compliance, contract inspectors, on-stream inspections, shutdown
inspections, vendor surveillance, performing inspections, writing reports, integrity of the
equipment, corrosion monitoring programs, notifications or memos for work to be done,
welding, welding procedure qualifications, welding continuity, painting, cathodic protection,
engineering specifications and standards, failure analysis assistance, metallurgy assistance,
writing procedures, mechanical integrity documentation, process safety management
compliance, state and regulatory compliance, lead incident investigations. Also work
turnarounds as contract inspector during most of my vacation from my Sasol job. Companies
include Valero, DOW, ExxonMobil, Phillips66, Shell, Sunoco, Tesoro, CF Industries, Suncor in
