• managed a group of 10 engineers and technicians as New Product Development Manager
• been responsible for delivering a product to the customer that :
o met performance requirements
o came in under budget
o met schedule milestones
• ensured that the requirements for production (BOM, engineering release of documents, etc)
were met in a timely fashion
• created and maintained Manpower and Workload forecasts
• overseen and participated in New Product field tests, as well as to troubleshoot equipment
problems that were not able to be resolved by field service personnel.
• been a part of sales presentations to major customers, as well as visiting these customers when
their expectations were not being met
• designed and implemented custom instrumentation, control, and data acquisition systems for a
variety of systems and products (commercial and defense related)
