Project Manager / Mechanical Superintendent: Manage subcontractors, create and update production schedules, meet
with customers, Architects/Engineers and review changes, manage multi-crafts personnel and issue and manage change
orders.
Project Controls / Planner / Estimator / Scheduler: Fluent with Microsoft Project and Primavera P3 & P6 scheduling
software, Primavera Contract Manager as well as SAP, NAMS, PASSPORT, COGNOS & eSOMS. Assemble T&M, T&M
not to exceed, lump sum, cost plus bids on mechanical and structural projects. Fluent with Quick Pen and Wendes
mechanical estimating software as well as manual estimating methods.

Field Engineer: Field layout and verification of mechanical systems. Create and submit isometric drawings to engineering
and shop fabrication. Create detailed construction drawings from equipment drawings and P & IDs. Fluent with Auto-CAD
and COADE software.
Instrumentation Foreman: Installation, calibration & start-up of pneumatic and direct digital controls.
Fabrication Shop Foreman: UA fabrication shop foreman specializing in industrial piping, structural steel, tanks &
