EXPERIENCE: Greystone Inspection Rootstown Ohio:
Conducted third part vendor surveillance as Lead Inspector for Williams Energy, Cabot Oil and Gas, Joule Industries and Boulder Energy Solutions. Developed the QA/QC Manual/Procedure and NDT Procedures. Inspected welds, fits and fabricated equipment. Verified material used for projects. Witnessed NDT testing on fabricated units and equipment. Referenced several codes for work including but not limited to (ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.8, Sect. VIII, API-1104, and D1.1).

EXPERIENCE: Tulsa Inspection Tulsa Oklahoma:

EXPERIENCE: Union Metals Canton Ohio:
Responsible for in process weld checks and fit checks. Required to perform NDT inspection using MT, PT, and UT, methods following the strict guide lines of the A.W.S. D1.1. A.S.H.T.O, And the specific DOT, and Transportation codes of all fifty states.

EXPERIENCE: SPSI Hartville Ohio:
Responsible for in process weld and fit checks.
Required to interpret customer drawings and requirements using codes and standards including but not limited to, ASME, ASTM, ASNT, AWS, NBIC, ANSI, API, SNT-TC,
AS STANDARDS, B31.1, B31.3, SECT IX, D1.1, and PED (European Pressure Equipment and Directive). Reviewing Material Test Reports (MTRs), Material Inspection Reports (MIRs), to assure they meet code, and customer requirements, using the before mentioned codes and standards. Overseeing of NDE using methods such as RT, UT, PT, MT, MIC 10, Telebrinell Hardness testing, and PMIV.
Also welded Nuclear and Non-Nuclear pipe and Structures with processes including but not limited to: GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, SW, PAW, OAW, ESW, and LSW.

EXPERIENCE: Wrayco Ind. Stow Ohio:
Programmed Lincoln Robotic Welders. Welded Hydro Tanks, and Pressure Vessels, Developed the in house QA/QC Manual and Procedures.

EXPERIENCE: Fontaine Kent Ohio:
Began career in welding, quickly advanced into a Weld Foreman Position, Placing me in charge of more than forty-five people. Learned how to communicate well with customers and employees. Worked side by side with engineers to develop new and promising products.
