Ability to analyze, evaluate, setup, install, troubleshoot, and repair; process control
systems, VFDs, servos, servo controllers, hydraulics, pneumatics, single phase motors, 3
phase motors, motor-controls, PLCs, HMIs, and the array of sensors these systems
utilize, including; photo electric, proximity, pressure, temperature sensors and switches,
load cells, ultrasonic level sensors.
Solid understanding of electricity, electrical circuity, and electronics, 480v 3PH to 5V
control.
Perform PMs, maintain records, CMMS, identify mission critical components and ensure
a stock of necessary and critical spare parts.
Ability to relate theoretical knowledge of engineering, science, and technology to the
everyday operation of plant and equipment.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision
technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models, along with the ability to develop
refine, implement and maintain parameter sets, programs, and processes controls for
automated equipment.
Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality
control, and other techniques used in a Lean manufacturing environment, that maximize,
efficiency, reliability, and profitability of the manufacturing of goods.
Ability to instruct, individuals or groups, and measure the effectiveness of the training.
Monitor plant equipment, identify trends to ensure efficient, operation and production.
Monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the Best Maintenance Practices.
Refine and fine tune Maintenance activities to minimize downtime (PMs, changeovers, etc.).
