October 2017 to Present
Provide engineering support for the Dublin Virginia Trim division fabricating Interior trim panels used
in the construction of heavy trucks used by Volvo, Kenworth, Mack. Peterbilt and others. The only
engineer assigned full time at this plant location. Responsible for troubleshooting production problems,
work instructions for machine operation and product assembly and daily support of the quality and
production teams shipping approximately 600 parts per day for just in time truck manufacturing
operations. Responsible for the engineering documents in compliance with IATF standards for internal
and external audits. Supervise tooling inventory for customer owned fabrication tools. Work directly
with customers to solve manufacturing issues as well as quality improvement program with cost
savings and continuous improvement. Use value stream map to reduce scrap improve efficiency and
reduce over time.

Lead Engineer
Altec Industries, Inc – Daleville, VA
April 2011 to October 2017
for manufacturer of cranes/derrick equipment used in the construction and power distribution industry.
Lead Mechanical Engineer Second (2) Shift (4/2011- 10/2017)
The engineer providing leadership and direction for second shift fabrication and assembly teams
including quality assurance staff for work force of 500 people. Responsible for product quality
improvement and cost reduction process by investigating, resolving and implementing revisions to
design and fabrication of products. Interacting with floor associates and troubleshooting production
issues to achieve scheduled completions and reduce cost from scrapped material from fabrication
issues.

Traveled to Nuclear Power Plants throughout the U.S. completing inspection and repair of steam
generators during scheduled maintenance outages. Set up equipment on site, supported inspection
