introduce biomaterials at both the topical and endoscopic levels.
• I recently rolled out a new catheter introducer from concept to the shelf in 3 months by effective

• Led a cross functional team in developing the company’s first disposable medical device from
concept to commercialization in less than eleven months, including managing all sterilization and
packaging validations/verifications using internal and contracted organizations.

• Successfully collaborated with physicians for development of new surgical devices in the US and
Europe.

The company’s strategic initiative demanded a robust new product portfolio for solid corporate growth.
In this role I was responsible for designing many polymer and metallic surgical devices. Having thorough
materials knowledge allowed me to meet device requirements.
