• I learnt the various process involved in phone manufacturing, Testing methods involved in each and every step

Projects
• Designing a vibration shaker control source using LabVIEW
• This project mainly focuses on replacing the controller of the previously existing vibration test
system with LabVIEW and NI hardware modules ((cRIO-9076 Chassis, NI-9234 as A/D module
and NI 9263 as D/A Module)
• The LabVIEW program was designed so that the shaker control vibrates for ‘g’ levels from 1g-5g
with operating frequency ranging from 10Hz-2000Hz
• I have submitted a detailed report on “Vibration test system” and “Working with vibration test
control” which gives a description of vibration systems, need for vibration test system, designing
a vibration shaker control using LabVIEW and its working. It also gives the advantages and
disadvantages of using LabVIEW for vibration shaker control.
• Pseudo Inverse controller for boat
• Designed a one-step pseudo inverse controller for boat using Neural works-2
• The neural network architecture had 3 input neuron one hidden layer with 4 hidden layer
neurons and one output neuron. Delta rule was used as learning rule and Sigmoid was used
as the activation function
• The architecture I designed had very low training RMS error value of 0.0027 and it was able
to track the original path of a boat with an efficiency of 70%
• Design and Fabrication of Soft Robot arm using SMA actuators and Sensors (CURRENT)
• This project focuses on designing and fabricating Soft Robot arm with Shape memory alloy
as actuators and sensors
• The project uses NiTiCu as its actuator and sensor (SMA STRIP) which changes in
accordance with the input voltage applied to it.
• I successfully designed a SMA actuated finger and wounded it around a thermistor to
prevent heat loss.
