Worked on processes improvements removing obsolete methods and equipment, designed layout and flow improvement. Shut down plant and structure equipment/operations into the five remaining plants. Sold off obsolete equipment and materials returning over $250,000.00 for use in the purchase of new equipment and tools. The company was purchased by JBT last October with a resulting reorganization throughout the company.
