In this position I was responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining a variety of personal computer (hardware and software) and network equipment. I provided support for all users need. I resolved trouble tickets with the resources available. I performed these duties independently with no supervision. I performed these tasks at many levels ranging from routine system maintenance to patching advance security configurations. I developed and documented all findings, recommendations and manuals related to the process of each operational system. I was in the process of upgrading systems from Windows XP to Windows 7. I did weekly backups to all servers and monthly updates when needed to all servers. Help maintain, troubleshoot, and fix PC and network related issues on a DGM 440 printing press. Troubleshoot and fix problems with problems with in house software to work with Windows 7. I performed diagnostic troubleshooting to determine problems with network connectivity, assisted users of the network with any problems they may have had, pulled cable for new network drops, and installed and configured all computer peripherals to user machines.
